All you have to do is fill in the returns form and we’ll do the rest. Your old jar will be refilled and sent back to you, helping us to reduce our packaging production and do our bit for the planet.

Step 1:

Return your used jar.
Simply return your used candle jar back to us using the address on the returns form.

 

Step 2:

You receive 20% off plus free delivery on your next candle, simply for helping us to recycle.

Once we’ve received your old candle jar we’ll email you a unique code that gives you 20% off your next order plus free delivery. All you need to do is place your order as normal online and enter the code at the checkout.

 

Step 3:

You receive your new candle in your recycled jar.

Once you’ve placed your new discounted order, we’ll hand pour your new candle into your old jar, and deliver it for free, of course.
