Delivery and returns

We now only use Royal Mail tracked services, this is due to reliability and will allow you to track your order. We aim to make no profit on our delivery costs. We only charge you what it is costing us as a business.

All orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day.


Tracked 24 - Royal Mail aims to deliver your item within 1 working day. 

Tracked 48  -  Royal Mail aims to deliver your item within 2 working days.

Please allow two additional days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas. Please note that some deliveries to Northern Ireland could be delayed by Irish Customs. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. 

We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require your name and order number to be included within the returned package. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
- The product has obvious signs of use and is part of an order containing multiple products.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
If you are posting an items to over the value of £75, you should consider using a trackable postage service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
